Our co-workers take great personal responsibility for their work but always have the complete support and backing of the management. We are a company with a short chain of command enabling quick and easy decision making. Gender or origin are of no importance to us. Only technical skill, knowledge and personal involvement count.
It is important to us that our co-workers feel at home, confident and stimulated by their work in order to grow and develop in their field. This is achieved partly through technically stimulating tasks and partly through diverse activities both within and outside the work place to strengthen ties between colleagues.
